Open Settings, then Apps, then Phone Atlas, then Contacts. Choose Full Access, or pick the contacts you want to share. The exact wording can differ between iOS versions.

The source did not answer or is limiting requests. Try again later. The app never fills in a guess.

Clean up does not change iPhone Contacts, so the number as you saved it is still there. In Clean up, open Numbers without a country code to see what Phone Atlas read each number as and why, then tap the number to choose another country. If you merged two people by mistake, Undo under Recent merges in Clean up brings them back. You can also save a contacts safety copy (.vcf) from Backup at any time.

Export a full backup, save it to Files or a drive, then restore it in the app on the new phone. The backup file is not encrypted and contains everything in the app, including where-you-met locations. Keep it somewhere private.

Check that Notifications are allowed for Phone Atlas in Settings.
